As a member of a lively shared studio le Hangar, here in Clermont Ferrand I exhibited at the annual "Les Arts en Balade" open studios and exhibition weekend. I did a lively trade in paintings of derelict cars and tractors abandoned in deep forest, a scenic speciality of these parts.

My next exhibition will be in the Church at St Flour L'Etang, 28 june - 14 July, a lovely setting nestled in the hills of the Livradois-Forez National Park.

In the meantime, I've continued to exhibit at the Open Eye Gallery in Edinburgh. Last year I showed as part of their Edinburgh Environs exhibition, as well as making my usual contribution to their seasonal On a Small Scale postcard sale.

On the teaching  front I continue, via Zoom, to teach my Monday night watercolour classes for the Edinburgh Drawing School. I'm also into my last term with the Centre Camille Claudel, and offer weekly watercolour workshops at Ozala a wonderful private art school here in Clermont-Ferrand.

Finally, I have been creating a set of step-by-step lessons to be shared on line. For further details, see the Courses page above. Should you be interested, please feel free to contact me with any questions.
